Clients may cancel their bulk orders within 5 days of confirmation, provided that the custom production cycle for your specific tissue roll or napkin specifications has not yet commenced.

To initiate a quality claim or cancellation, please submit a formal request via our global export portal.

Approved refunds are processed within 30 days of claim verification. Funds will be returned via the original payment method, such as wire transfer or Letter of Credit, adhering to international trade terms.

If you received a sample pack for quality evaluation, please note these are provided free of charge for B2B assessment and are not eligible for return or credit once the dispatch has been initiated.

For large-scale distribution agreements, our quality guarantee covers manufacturing defects in softness and absorbency that deviate from the agreed-upon technical specifications.
